WordPress sometimes marks comments to be moderated before they're posted -- not sure why, possibly when they contain URLs -- and I don't always notice they're there for a while. Anyway, thanks for the feedback. I'll look into the problem with the comments feed today, it'll be something to do with the .htaccess redirect rules I have in place. Yeah sorry, that’s my fault.
